Gentle Kriya for Emotional Release
This is a beautiful yoga set to do to release inner struggle, conflict, trauma, and the worries of the day. You can do it once in a while, weekly, or daily for a practice that will transform your whole life.
How to Use this Yoga Class
I recommend following the video class first. This way, you will be able to see the exercises and hear any modifications that you might like to do.
If you would like to do this every day for a while or a few times a week, you can either watch the video again OR you can listen to the audio versions.
The audio versions are similar to the class except I only lead you in the exercise without the stories or little thoughts in between. This allows you to go deep within. You don't have to watch a clock or know what the next exercise is. I will just quietly guide you.
Video Class
It's great to follow along with the class at least once so that you can follow the audio later knowing what the exercises look like.
Audio Versions
In these audios, I will lead you from the beginning to the end of each kriya.
Silent Background: This is a wonderful option if you would prefer the silence, if you are practising outside, or you would like to have your own music or sounds playing in the background.

Are You New to Kundalini Yoga?
Awesome! Welcome. 😊
This is a yoga that everyone can do. The key to this yoga is that our goal is to reconnect ourselves to ourselves. So, throughout your practice, you want to listen to your inner teacher and honour where you're at.
The second part of this yoga is allowing ourselves to let go of what we no longer need (especially in this kriya). In order to let go of these things, we strengthen other parts of us.
All you need is a comfortable place to sit - on a rug, blanket, or yoga mat, maybe a cushion, and a blanket for the rest time at the end.
Then, we just find a time for ourselves where we can relax, go deep within, heal, and become more of who we truly are. 😊
